We went in search of brownies at London’s Borough markets. We weren’t successful but wow are there some great sights. This is London’s oldest fruit and vegetable market, dating back to the 13th Century and it does not disappoint. Food heaven; all presented so beautifully. And if not food, equally well presented plants or flowers and all so creative and uplifting. Recommend a visit to this market if you find yourself in London.

These markets were some of the best I’ve been to. Did you happen to try the BBQ prawns or the raclette? delicious!
Borough Markets are indeed fabulous! So many gorgeous products – Amazing bread and cheese – no BBQ prawns the day we were there – perhaps let me know your suggestions?
I just remember seeing a huge lineup for these prawns so I had to see all what the fuss was about. It was worth it too.
Yes a line is always a good indication! On the day we were there the biggest line up was with the coffee in the little laneway – best coffee in London I would go as far as saying 🙂
